But the print head is a rotating drum of fixed characters and can't print dots nor gray, it works off a power cube and x4 penlight batteries but does not have an internal rechargeable battery and worst of all, for me, it doesn't have an IrDA port. I can't beam printouts to it from my Treo. Not important to me, but others might need the parallel interface to a PC, it doesn't have one of those either. Amazon quickly sent a replacement when I complained about the missing features -- but it was the same product with all the same missing features.
