It has all the features that I need in a calculator. I particularly like the arrangement of the zeroes on the keyboard which allow me to make rapid and accurate entries. I was mildly surprised that I had to purchase rolls of thermal calculator tape rather than regular paper, but I recovered and still like the calculator. This review is from: Victor® PL8000 14-Digit Prompt Logic™ Printing Calculator (Electronics) PRO's: It's a thermal printer so...NO MORE EXPENSIVE AND MESSY INK ROLLERS OR RIBBONS! User programable message printing, such as headers for deposit tapes. DATE and TIME scrolling, when no key has been pressed for a few minutes. Has memory back-up. CON's: Thermal paper is slightly more expensive per roll. Has been in daily use for aprox. 6 mos., without ANY problems. Simply DO NOT yank on paper, use paper-feed button and printing mechanism will last.
